My goal as a chef is to create meals that my clients love. While I don't limit myself to one particular cuisine, I can cook whatever your heart desires. Additionally I do have extensive experience in the anti-inflammatory cuisine, as well as Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), which I can incorporate if wished for.

Since 2015 I have worked as a private chef for a diverse range of clients - from leaders in film, music, and in politics, to accomplished business professionals, couples, families and individuals. Some of them have faced significant health challenges such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, rheumatoid arthritis,.... and I've tailored my cooking to support their individual needs.

In 2017, my recipes and food cleanse programs were featured in a New York Times bestselling book authored by a renowned physician. With the success of the book and the exposure it brought to my work, I expanded my small local meal delivery company (Catalyst Cuisine), that I had founded in 2016, to a national scale. With the support of an exceptional team, we prepared and shipped thousands of meals each week to clients across the country. While Catalyst Cuisine was a success, the demands of running a rapidly growing company ultimately took a toll on my own health. Recognizing this, I chose to return in 2020 to my true passion: cooking for individual clients with purpose, care, and impact.

Throughout both my life and work, I've learned that health is life's greatest form of wealth. My mission is to support my clients to cultivate a greater amount of health by providing food that they love. ​
